The Technology Knowledge Manager should work with different streams to ensure technical documents and other Technology
Knowledge Objects and reusable components, with respect to applications and infrastructure, are available and constantly
updated and improved. Technology Knowledge Manager must also review the Technology Knowledge Management System to ensure it
is updated and new Technology Knowledge Objects are added on regular basis. Technology Knowledge Manager must work with the
leads of different streams to identify technology best practices, reusable components and lessons, and document the same.
The Technology Knowledge Manager must ensure documentation for the complete system architecture and business flow are
available. Application documents should be maintained at regular intervals to ensure that it reflects the current state of
the applications and is available as reference to the teams at any point of time. Whenever there are changes in
applications, the Technology Knowledge Manager must obtain the list of defects that are deployed into production.
Additionally, root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions, if any, must be documented.
In case of a new service or change in an existing service, the Technology Knowledge Manager must ensure that the related
Technology Knowledge Objects (with respect to the change) are created and uploaded in respective technology knowledge
repositories. Also, the known error database must be updated appropriately for the same.
